Review

C & F Senior Care has left us with a less-than-satisfactory impression. Our experience at this facility was far from the friendly and welcoming atmosphere we were expecting. Unlike our current residence, we found the staff at C & F Senior Care to be lacking in warmth and friendliness.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that something was amiss. The staff members seemed disinterested and distant, failing to establish any meaningful connections with the residents they were meant to care for. It is unfortunate when caregivers do not prioritize building relationships with those under their charge, as these bonds can greatly enhance the overall well-being of seniors.

One of our major concerns regarding C & F Senior Care was the apparent favoritism displayed by the staff. It was disheartening to witness certain residents receiving preferential treatment while others were seemingly ignored or neglected. In an environment where every individual should feel valued and supported, such biases create a sense of division and inequality among residents.

Moreover, this lack of equal attention could potentially impact the quality of care provided to each resident. Regardless of personal preferences or favoritism, all individuals should receive equal respect and assistance in their daily activities. Neglecting some residents while focusing solely on others is not only unprofessional but also unethical.

Transitioning from C & F Senior Care to our current facility has allowed us to truly appreciate what genuine care looks like. Our current caregivers have successfully cultivated an atmosphere that radiates warmth, compassion, and empathy towards all residents. They understand that building sincere relationships is key to providing exceptional care and fostering a sense of belonging within the community.

In retrospect, it is evident that C & F Senior Care failed to meet our expectations on multiple fronts. The lack of friendliness from staff members combined with their demonstrated preference for certain residents left us feeling undervalued and overlooked during our time there. We believe that every senior deserves personalized attention and support without facing discrimination or bias.

While our experience may have been disappointing, it is important to acknowledge that not all senior care facilities are the same. We encourage individuals searching for a suitable residence to thoroughly research and visit multiple options. It is crucial to find an environment where compassionate care is prioritized and where all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
