Review

From start to finish, GIMAG Home Health Care delivered a sophistication of care that is both professional and deeply compassionate. Over more than ten weeks, the experience was defined by careful planning, rapid responsiveness, and treatment that was thoughtful and intelligent. The care provided was not only effective but emotionally thoughtful, and the standard of service stood out as truly remarkable. We would commend GIMAG to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality home health care.

We used GIMAG for caregiving and hospice for our parents, and the impact was consistently positive. The caregivers were wonderful, and they went above and beyond in every interaction. The RNs and CNAs were excellent as well, bringing both expertise and warmth to each visit. The entire team demonstrated genuine care and commitment, making a difficult time more manageable through steady, attentive support.

Busayo and the GIMAG team were wonderful and caring from the moment we began the process. They supported us through the transition when our mom entered hospice and remained a steady, compassionate presence through her final days. Their compassion and communication were constant, and they were always prompt in responding to any questions we had. We cannot thank them enough for caring for our mom in the best possible manner during her short time on hospice.

In January of this year, during a transition from a skilled nursing facility to home health care, I met Busayo and Bridget Ekunboyejo, a highly qualified and experienced husband-and-wife RN team. They came to see me personally, took ample time to listen to my complex medical picture, and understood the even more complicated needs that lay ahead. From that first contact, my confidence in them grew, and it has only increased. They demonstrated genuine respect for me as a person, and that respect - coupled with their professional care - made me feel safe and secure in their hands. It wasn't just what they did as licensed medical professionals; it was the kind of people they are.

Providing compassionate, outstanding home health care is clearly their valued commitment, passion, and mission. This care shows up in every practical aspect of what they do. For someone with very serious medical challenges, the difference is tangible. My medical picture is complex: several autoimmune disorders, one of which paralyzed my esophagus, requiring medication and nutrition via gastric and intestinal tubes. I also recently received a diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer, with a chest tube that requires drainage three times a week while I begin targeted gene therapy. The outcome remains to be seen, but the level of specialized, detailed attention and comprehensive care I receive from GIMAG is immeasurably reassuring. They excel at coordinating and utilizing numerous supplies, and they provide extensive education about how to use them - empowering me with knowledge at a time when it matters most.

Education and empowerment have been a consistent theme. Busayo, beyond teaching, has been a welcomed supporter and encourager, often going out of his way to provide help when nothing else seemed available. Administrative processes have been smooth, and communication has been excellent and reliable throughout every phase. From the very first day, I have felt seen, heard, cared about, and respected in every action taken on my behalf.

I share these experiences not to glorify suffering but to offer a candid testament to the quality and trustworthiness of GIMAG's care. If you are seeking the best possible home health care, you will likely find it with GIMAG. Their personalized, high-caliber approach is consistently evident, and the care you receive is delivered with a level of humanity and professionalism that is rare. The entire process, from the initial phone call to the last nursing check-in after my husband's passing, was seamless. Busayo was an amazing RN - offering helpful suggestions, coordinating with our physician, and, on more than one occasion, making the impossible happen by obtaining necessary equipment after hours. He was a calming presence in the midst of chaos. The home health aide assigned to us, Julie, was wonderful and caring; we were profoundly grateful to have her with us when my husband passed, as we never felt alone in a frightening time.
