The overall experience with the girls provided through this service has been highly positive. They have consistently demonstrated friendliness, excellent caregiving skills, and effective communication. Whether it is through phone calls or text messages, these caregivers always keep us informed about any scheduling issues or updates regarding the care they provide. In fact, their performance has been so exceptional that a perfect rating of 5s across the board would have been given until recently.

However, a recent conflict between one of the caregivers and my Mom has created some turbulence in our otherwise harmonious arrangement. Since I am physically absent from the situation, I can only rely on my Mom's account of events. According to her, the caregiver has displayed anger and occasionally resorted to shouting. It is difficult to determine whether this clash is due to incompatible personalities or personal troubles faced by the caregiver. Unfortunately, resolving these conflicts has proven to be challenging for us. Despite attempting to offer a replacement caregiver some time off to address these issues individually, she declined this opportunity.

As tensions continue to escalate, both caregivers have expressed their desire to quit. However, when I mentioned searching for alternative caregivers as a solution, they requested me not to do so until they secure new employment themselves. This puts me in an uncomfortable position since I am torn between respecting their wishes and ensuring my mother receives consistent care from professionals who are better suited for her needs.

While we have generally been satisfied with the quality of care provided by this service, our frustration lies in the difficulties we face when communicating with the parent company and seeking timely resolution for our issues. The problems we are experiencing are not being resolved as promptly or professionally as we would expect. This lack of efficient assistance from the parent company further complicates an already delicate situation.

Despite these challenges, it is important to acknowledge that the girls working through this agency have shown immense dedication and competence in their roles as caregivers—qualities which should not be overlooked amidst the current turmoil. It is evident that they have contributed positively to my mother's well-being thus far.
