Dr. Niazi and the outpatient staff provided wonderful care during the outpatient surgery. The anesthesiologist delivered the easiest wake-up the patient had experienced. The pre-op nurses Bindu, Theresa, and Stephen provided wonderful care and professionalism. The OR nurse Trina and the anesthesia CRNA Eliza Doeschl were wonderful and kind. From start to finish, the process felt safe and smooth for patients. Dr. Niazi is the best. The facility was nice and clean. Dr. Ganal is an amazing doctor who listened to concerns and explained the medical situation, and the patient adores her. PA Singh is an amazing practitioner and person; all of the staff were super friendly and fantastic.
They misscheduled an appointment and failed to send a test request to Quest. They bill patients for an office visit during preventive care and do not disclose this upfront. A five-minute session cost over $380 for someone with a high-deductible plan. The staff simply don't seem to care about patients. The prescribed medication was never delivered and the Rx was canceled after the pharmacy claimed the office didn't respond. There were HIPAA violations; private information was mishandled and someone else's X-ray was shown. They do not protect patient records or information.
