This place is not professional they don't welcome you good.. so be careful don't bring your love ones here.. horrible place? These people said they would elevate mom's care as she would get worse. They did not. However, once my mom started to decline, there were so many issues with them giving her her medication, and the staff was not able to provide the level of care and attention she needed. Their ratio is about 10 to 1, so it is impossible for the staff to give your parent the care they need once their dementia starts to progress. They do not pay their contracts with activities. It became very expensive and exhausting! The review noted that Oakmont of Covina Hills was somewhat expensive.
