    Review

Kim is nothing short of remarkable. From the moment you step in, you can feel the care and warmth that fills the home. The people who work there - especially Kim and the care workers - are truly amazing, and it shows in how gently and attentively they treat every resident. My father is there at the moment, and I can see on a daily basis that they are taking such wonderful care of him. If there were more stars to give, we would certainly add them.

My sister and I looked at many facilities before choosing this place for our mom. As soon as we entered My Parents Paradise and met the owner and the staff, we knew this would be the right fit. The owner went above and beyond by coming to my sister's house to meet my mom so they could meet and begin to know each other - an extra step that meant a great deal to us. The one-on-one attention the staff provides is evident, and they keep us informed right away if mom needs anything or if there are any medical issues to be aware of. They handle everything by arranging doctors to visit at the home, which makes things so much easier for mom. The house is impeccably clean and it does not have that typical urine odor we had noticed in other facilities. They serve home-cooked meals and offer activities to keep residents engaged and active. Mom loves the crafts, and it's clear they go out of their way to make residents feel special - celebrating birthdays and decorating the house for holidays to create a festive, family-like atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming whenever we visit, and I can't recommend My Parents Paradise highly enough.

For our family, the experience with our 95-year-old father has been nothing short of excellent. The home is organized as private houses with several separate bedrooms and living spaces for each resident, but it also thoughtfully provides living and dining rooms for social interaction and connection with others. The staff's openness and friendliness shine through every time we visit; you can see how lovingly dad is treated and how comfortable he feels in this environment. It truly feels like a home and a family rather than a sterile institution. We appreciate being able to call with any concerns and always receiving timely updates and information. It's clear that dad loves the environment he calls home, which brings us enormous peace of mind.

There is also the perspective of the medical team involved in care. Our mobile primary care providers have been serving patients in Hal's assisted living homes for more than a year, and they speak highly of the staff - especially the managers and daily caregivers. They praise the excellent communication, the trustworthiness, and the extra attentiveness given to residents. It's reassuring to hear professionals who are embedded in the care ecosystem endorse the level of service and dedication here, reinforcing the sense that this is a place where residents can thrive.

Another vivid impression comes from families who have sought alternatives and found comfort here after a long search. After looking at at least five places, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my grandma anywhere else - until I found these folks. I was instantly at ease, and now she has been here for three years. They consistently provide great care, and that long-term stability is priceless. Knowing she's in a place where she is valued and well cared for makes all the difference for the entire family.

The sentiment about the staff continues to be overwhelmingly positive: they are always friendly, the care is excellent, and everything inside is clean, organized, and up to standard with every visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The combination of compassionate care, clean and inviting surroundings, clear communication, and a genuine sense of home makes My Parents Paradise stand out as a remarkable option for families seeking dependable, loving support for their loved ones.

Taken together, these voices describe a home where care comes with a personal touch, medical coordination is seamless, and the environment feels like a welcoming, well-kept family residence. It's a place where residents are treated as individuals, their needs are anticipated, and families feel heard and reassured. For anyone navigating the difficult decisions around elder or respite care, this is a community that demonstrates what it means to nurture, respect, and support both residents and their families with kindness and thorough attention.
