Stefanie Duncan is a pleasure to work with. Nice community in Green Valley. This is a safe community. The Catalina One model is modern and very open. The layout of the community is tiered with houses on only one side of the street, giving everyone a view of the mountains without having to see someone else's back yard. This subdivision is centrally located and new homes are still being built by Fairfield. It is close to shopping and one of the Green Valley Recreation Centers that offers swimming, exercise equipment and social activities.
The homes are overpriced. The company demonstrates very poor communication and often misses appointments without rescheduling. There was a sinkhole in the back yard due to poor drainage. The fence was crooked. Paint speckles on the floor could not be cleaned. Landscape rocks were removed by workers and not replaced. Workers cut the internet lines despite warnings. The shutters were installed six months late and are crooked, unpainted, with nails sticking out. Fairfield builders in Green Valley were described as liars.
