The facility was beautiful. The day shift staff were great. It was a lovely place.
The PM and night shift staff were terrible, demeaning, and rude to the patient. Administration failed to address the rude and demeaning behavior of multiple staff members. Multiple staff members were consistently rude and demeaning toward the resident. The facility is not committed to helping patients be successful. Meetings about the plan of care were held without inviting the proper people involved. Administration policy was to notify only the patient, not family, about care coordination when the patient is at home.
