• They stared asking me for money 8/11 and didn't even provide me a bill. Mom wasn't even allowed to leave until until 8/12.
• When I got a bill with INFLATED costs, I started asking questions and have been ignored. I've sent 4 requests so far, even to the Executive Director, with ZERO reply.
• Lake Country Rehab is a horrible place to be, I was a patient for 11 days and it was a horrible experience. I had a knee replacement, expecting decent therapy.it was horrible, the things I saw and experienced while there was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.pm me if you want further information
