The staff are very friendly. There are very nice social workers and patient physical therapists. The staff and nurses are very nice and polite. Jill, Valerie and Joel are top notch, kind, understandable and professional. The place is neat and clean and the atmosphere is happy and welcoming. The cooks work hard and provide meals that are warm and tasty.
The building is dirty. The furniture and decor are outdated. The entrance is filthy and uninviting, usually cluttered with boxes and garbage. Most of the interior of the building needs painting. The outside needs to be cleaned as well. All other nursing homes in the community have beautiful flowers, whereas this building has nothing. The fenced-in area out back needs updating.
