Friendly staff and great programs. The staff is very caring and dedicated. Laura W. has been a patient at Regent of San Marcos and has been very pleased with the care she has received. Regent Care has made her life more comfortable.
The staff are not friendly at all. The activity lady raised her voice at a visitor and was unprofessional. The staff are mean to the patients. The patients are dirty and have to take cold showers. The staff mask their true behavior and are rude once visitors are inside. Nurses repeatedly ignore people delivering meds. The facility is the worst in San Marcos and the staff do not care about residents. A CNA did not assist residents and dumped trays, creating a choking hazard. Nurses are incompetent; medication timing is unclear and residents have seizures without documentation.
