The activity director is appreciated for going the extra mile for residents. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. There is great teamwork and leadership at Windsor Healthcare Residence. The therapy department is awesome, and the rehab team is excellent. Remodeling and improvements are coming along amazingly under current leadership. The in-house therapy team and private rehab rooms reflect high-quality care. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. Since the new management, there have been tremendous improvements and a more supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
