The man I was visiting was sitting on his urine-soaked bed without a staff member in sight. No staff member even looked in to check on him or the other man who shared the room for over an hour. No measures to contain transmission among the patients with Covid. Lost most of his personal items with no attempt to find them. Completely inadequate room with no drawers or proper storage space. Non-functional television despite reporting it several days ago.
