The Physician and Nurse Practitioner ensured orders and prescriptions were carried out promptly. The Social Worker arranged transportation and delivered needed supplies. The Dietary Staff met dietary needs and prepared meals that were very good. The Assisted Living facility is the best place to send loved ones, with staff who truly care and provide top care. The environment and staff are absolutely amazing.

They took issue with requests to check her and then went to her room, frustrated and tossed her around in bed to change. One nurse accused her of being a liar, an 80-year-old woman dying of cancer. One nurse was consistently snarky to her. They could not locate the nurse who accused the mother of being a liar due to being short-staffed. If the loved one can care for themselves they are probably fine—but otherwise, just "no".
