The staff are caring to residents and kind. They have a loving atmosphere and do their best with what they have. The rooms and cottages are quite nice. Heritage Village is described as a classy, beautiful place that is very well taken care of. The staff seem to do their best to accommodate the needs of the residents, especially those who are disabled. These lovely people are thoughtful, caring and compassionate. They are truly a team that puts their heart into their work.
