The PT & OT staff were amazing. Susan, Christy, and Megan provided wonderful care. Nathan, Theresa, and Melissa brought laughs, and Chrissy was gentle and kind; Kaley, Dustin, and Kenra were always on top of things. Evelyn was truly a gem - kind and caring to her patients. Jeannie in Managed Care was great and helped through tough transitions. The staff went above and beyond to help the patient, and the environment felt caring and supportive. The husband improved greatly with his physical therapist, and he enjoyed the food, especially the meatloaf. The room was kept clean every day; the staff were knowledgeable and efficient. All staff were there to help out when needed and usually had a laugh to go with it.
Management did not fix issues that were reported to them, despite promises to do so. A nurse let the patient lie in pain with the call light on for over an hour and did not check on her. A staff member allegedly retaliated against the patient, saying she never came to help. The patient's hands swelled to three times their size, with no doctor examining her for days. The patient suffered GI upset from multiple laxatives and medication errors occurred, including giving meds from another patient.
