The home-like environment is awesome. The facility has grown and is much better than it used to be. The building has had many updates. The staff are amazing and genuinely care about the residents. Nursing management and administration are amazing and very accommodating. The rehab department is wonderful. The staff are caring and always willing to go the extra mile. Whitney and the nurses on her shift are awesome and provide great care.
There are too many residents and not enough staff. Bed bugs have been a problem. Clothing and personal items were stolen.
