Briar Hill nursing home has been attentive to patients, and visits from friends and family are supported. The staff do a phenomenal job taking care of residents. Patients look happy at Briar Hill. The staff helps residents settle in, including washing clothes, giving meds, and checking on them, so they are safe and cared for. Families are thankful for the employees at Briar Hill. The physical therapists do an outstanding job, and nurses have been great. Front office billing has had no issues, and staff communicate when meds change. The facility offers activities like hair appointments, trips, and church visits, showing a strong commitment to residents.
The room was very dated, especially the bathroom. The floors were dirty, especially the halls. There was a strong smell of urine upon entering. There was a lengthy wait to receive nursing care.
