The DON, Mia and Adon Alisha, are mean and allow CNA supervisor Trivia and Cassandra to steal time and bully aides. The place has mold—the ice machine is molded—and residents are drinking moldy water; Scottie is aware of it but has done nothing. Bed bugs exist, and Scottie is aware of them too but has yet to take action. Scottie is a bad administrator and is rude, doesn’t communicate with CNAs, and wrongfully fires people while showing favoritism.
