The activities director is super friendly and reaches out to residents. Sue, the manager, always tried to accommodate needs. There are engaging activities for residents, such as Bingo, outdoor cookouts, and live music. The security is very good and the backyard is fenced with a bench.
The facility is absolutely horrendous and unsafe for residents. Residents are left in their own filth for hours and given the wrong medications. Staff lie about issues and do not report faults, even when caught on camera. They do not communicate between staff for updates on a loved one. A resident fell out of bed and was not noticed for 25?30 minutes.
