The staff were kind and understanding in difficult situations. The nurses were great, and the CNAs were a definite plus. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were tremendously helpful. The kitchen catered to residents' needs in a courteous, accommodating way. The cleaning staff were friendly and said goodbye warmly.
