The nurses were very nice, and the environment was friendly and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they take great care of residents. The physical therapy was excellent and helped patients get back home in a timely manner. The staff are welcoming and residents are always smiling and well taken care of. The facility is clean, and the staff are nice and helpful. The activities department goes above and beyond, keeping residents engaged. The Promedica staff are kind, caring, and attentive to the small things that brighten someone's day. Heartland Hampton's nursing and therapy staff are caring, patient, and dedicated. The facility is secured with alarms and cameras, with controlled entry and a sign-in system. The staff are quick to respond to the call button and provide pleasant, helpful care.
