The staff was very helpful in moving her in during Covid when entry was restricted. They put her pictures on the wall and even found a donated TV for her room. She has enjoyed the variety of activities and the outings they have. Being there is like being with family. It's a smaller, cozy facility where staff get to know the residents on a personal level. It's a small, homelike facility with very loving and caring staff. The staff goes beyond the minimum requirements to serve residents. The administrator Felipe Martinez is extremely professional and cares about the residents and their families. The nurses are always helpful and the CNAs are caring. Batavia Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a great place for loved ones to receive quality care.
