The night time crew is wonderful. The occupational therapist Shannon is wonderful. The facility was the most friendly, supportive, and caring place. The staff are friendly and kind to guests and residents. Therapists Stephanie W. and Nivi N., along with Director of Rehabilitation Lamont Jack, were instrumental in restoring mobility. Lamont Jack went above and beyond to ensure assistive devices were provided for more independent ambulation. Gabrielle, the admission person, was wonderful and super helpful. The cleanliness was impressive and it didn't smell like urine. Franchesca Bryant and Ragine Coleman provide outstanding, compassionate care. Angela Griffith took time to answer questions and was engaging.
The employees of this facility have no manners, no sense of tact or kindness, and clearly don't know how to follow a medical chart. On multiple occasions a resident was given food that would have killed them if ingested. When family members are not around, staff allegedly turn to immoral scum and lack genuine care.
