The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive to residents’ needs. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels warm and welcoming. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. Titusville Rehab is a wonderful facility for your loved one. The building is beautiful and the newly opened wing is amazing, with caring staff. The therapy department is wonderful. The admissions staff are awesome, knowledgeable, and patient. Falls due to neglect are frequent and the bed sore rate is among the highest observed. Medications are consistently late and there are never enough supplies to properly clean the patients. Staff talk about patients in front of them and yell at them; only a few nurses and CNAs are decent. The rooms smell of urine, and the sheets are not changed even after defecation. Items brought for residents are stolen within 24 hours.
