The therapy team is the best around, with Bill and Kaitlin getting her aunt back on her feet for her upcoming Birthday Cruise. The nursing staff has been kind and responsive to her needs. Management has been wonderful in making sure she has everything she needs and receives quality care. They would rate Bayshore Pointe 10 stars if possible. The PT and OT department is exceptional, with Miranda guiding care and Bill delivering excellent therapy. The CNA team worked tirelessly and accommodated many of the patients’ needs. The staff are wonderful, welcoming, and caring. The facility is clean, modern, spacious and light, with a beautiful garden area. The wound care nurse Michelle was excellent and compassionate. The new administration has made a positive impact on residents and families; staff are happier, rooms cleaner, and activities awesome.
