The staff are awesome and provide excellent service. They really care about patients' health and well-being. Check-in is fast and easy, the facility is bright and clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The facility is very clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The changes under the new management have been remarkable, bringing a new level of energy and engagement. The facility feels welcoming with clean common areas and well-kept grounds, and the staff are committed to a caring, joyful environment. The care provided to residents is kind, attentive, and professional, with staff who keep families informed. The rehab team is wonderful, encouraging progress while being patient and supportive.
Some nurses at the facility provide poor care and seem annoyed. This place is the worst for your loved ones. Over six months, the patient reportedly sustained injuries and dramatic weight loss (two black eyes). Meds were not given, the patient was not being changed, and her hair was matted.
