The stay served its purpose and was very helpful and pleasant. The staff goes out of their way to make residents comfortable and feel at home. The staff helped his brother rehabilitate and return to the community. They are true heroes. She likes it there and feels well cared for. The food is great for what it is. The staff members are excellent, characterized by their timeliness, articulation, and punctuality. The staff are nice and professional.
She has been totally neglected. She was supposed to shower daily, but staff only did so when they got to it, if ever. She can go a whole week without showering. She was placed in a room where she couldn't do therapy because she is paralyzed. The uncle has been there three days; the first day there was feces on the curtain. The following day he was overdosed with medication and had no idea how to use a fork to feed himself. No staff helped him eat. On the third day, he was found without sheets or a blanket and naked because he couldn't find his clothes. The staff had no idea where his clothes were. Later that same day his glasses went missing. The facility has changed names but should be one word: RUN.
