The staff were fantastic. The building looked great and was all on one level with no stairs. The facility offered rehab in one section and long-term and short-term care in the same building. The physical and occupational therapists were great and knew their jobs. The PT and OT personnel were sweet as can be. The admissions staff was nice and some nurses were cordial. The therapy department was very helpful and meeting her needs. The staff were very attentive and communicative, answering questions and returning calls.
The facility does not answer the phone. The facility refuses to hold discharge meetings. The facility does not discharge when it should. There is no communication whatsoever from the facility.
