Review

Seville, located in a convenient location near family, proved to be the perfect choice for one visitor with a complex medical condition. With an unstageable wound on their right leg exacerbated by type 1 diabetes, finding top-notch care was crucial. Luckily, Seville had the best wound nurse around who went above and beyond to ensure proper healing. The staff's exceptional friendliness and dedication made the visitor feel like they were among family during their stay.

Another individual faced the difficult decision of placing their grandmother in a facility due to her rapid decline caused by dementia. Determined to keep her close, they chose Seville and were relieved to discover that the horror stories associated with nursing homes of years past did not apply here. The staff showed immense kindness towards their loved one, making her feel special at all times. But it was the nursing staff who truly stood out; going above and beyond for both the family and their beloved grandmother.

This facility may have had some limitations compared to others, such as smaller rooms, but what it lacked in size it made up for in cleanliness. In one instance, a room didn't have a TV for the occupant's entertainment. However, this was quickly resolved when the family brought in their own television and the staff even provided headphones so that one roommate could enjoy television while allowing the other to sleep undisturbed.

Regrettably, not all experiences at Seville were positive. One heartbreaking review recounts that shortly after being placed in this facility due to inability to provide adequate care at home, a grandmother tragically passed away within months of her arrival. The reviewer noted concerns about bed sores and bruises on her body resulting from inadequate monitoring and turning procedures.

While Seville has been praised for its exceptional wound care nursing staff, friendly atmosphere resembling that of a familial environment, and efforts to accommodate residents' needs such as providing personal televisions and headphones, it is important to take into account the contrasting experience shared by others. The unfortunate incident of negligence and inadequate care mentioned in one review raises concerns about the overall quality and consistency of care provided at this facility.
