The director of the facility was responsive to suggestions and accommodating in making the patient comfortable. Rebecca's House provided excellent care for the patient. They were receptive to feedback and suggestions from the reviewer.
The director failed to pay the owed money for the month of January after my mom's passing. It took them 6 months to offer a partial payment, which was below what was owed. One of the checks provided bounced, causing inconvenience and frustration.
