• Both of my parents were under the care of [facility]. We moved both of them to other places. They don't do any activities. The residents just sit in chairs all day.
• They locked a resident with Alzheimer's in her room.
• The caregivers are just that - caregivers, not trained to deal with dementia/Alzheimer's patients.
• If I could give them less than zero - I would.
• Do NOT leave your elderly loved ones to be cared for here, particularly if they are not able to clearly communicate.
• They handle pretty much basic needs only. There are no bingo nights, no real activities outside of the T.V.
• There is typically only one staff member working at a time, caring for all 9 residents.
