They enjoyed the lovely setting and felt a strong sense of community. It felt like a house, with residents able to plant around their apartments. The management was nice, making it a good place to live. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Staci was the best - very helpful and understanding. The business office team has been fantastic to work with; the community is very clean with engaging resident activities. It is a wonderful place to live; the manager and assistants go out of their way, and residents are friendly and look out for each other. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants.
The staff provided absolutely horrible customer service. They violated HIPAA and hung up on the reviewer. They treated the reviewer like trash and were rude. The manager was rude, asking if the reviewer's mother had just called in.
