The property manager is wonderful, pleasant, and ensures issues are handled promptly, while bringing new events to the community. The grounds are well kept, with a walking trail near 65 & Sunshine, and there are occasional community activities. The Director of Maintenance is outstanding, very prompt, and proactive. Nicole is described by residents as an excellent manager. Les, the maintenance man, is extremely competent and responsive. Frequent social events at the clubhouse help residents become friends.
