It was then revealed that their loved one tested positive for Covid-19, and they were sent back to Mirror Lake after receiving treatment at the hospital.

To make matters worse, when they finally planned a visit on the sixth day, they learned from a phone call with Mirror Lake's administration that their loved one's condition had worsened significantly and he was being sent back to the hospital again. The family expressed frustration over not being informed of this change in condition.
