Parkview Senior Living is the place to be for seniors! Parkview was a beautiful community to see in person. The staff was very friendly. This is a top tier assisted living facility. The staff is professional and compassionate and caring. They host a variety of activities for the residents. It is clean and well maintained. The food is delicious.
The facility was neglectful to residents during Covid, leaving them alone in their apartments in the dark. It charged extra for levels of care but did not provide the promised care to residents paying for it; the money went to corporate. There were not enough staff, and the staff were not trained to provide adequate care. They inflated staff-to-resident ratios by counting office workers who don't directly work with residents. Housekeeping was terrible. The food wasn't great. The building reeked of urine.
