The staff at Sandston Plateau are transparent, kind and welcoming. The facility is the best kept secret in the Richmond area. It is clean and organized. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Ms. Carol is the most professional and friendly representative who goes above and beyond.
They can’t wait to move out of there. They felt the advertising was false and that amenities were misrepresented. Laundry rooms were filthy, trash was not emptied, and work orders did not get done.
