Iman was amazing, professional and helpful. The memory care staff were very helpful and nice. Lakeisha Veney, RCA, helped get their sister ready for her 81st birthday and was very helpful and pleasant throughout. Elma Livingston is described as the best nurse and a true hero, a huge asset to Commonwealth. Olando Robinson has been a great addition to the men's unit, showing care and capability. Devida and Keisha (CNAs) provide attentive care, with Devida gentle and thorough in bathing and cleansing and Keisha skilled with the Hoyer lift. Wanda Rivera-Bulla does an excellent job with housekeeping, keeps rooms pleasant, and lifts spirits. Iman Foster at the front desk is an angel, a great person and a huge asset to the company. Lakeisha Veney is very attentive, patient, and caring toward residents. Carlette Dickerson is described as the best boss ever. Gayle Sheppard is very nice to residents and a great server in the dining room. The facility is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Bro Aaron demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and bedside manner, providing excellent care. The staff are easygoing and nice.
