The management and nursing care are attentive to residents' needs, with residents happy and well cared for. Welcome Home takes excellent care of its residents; the facilities are clean and inviting. Ability Hospice and Home Health notes the community is consistently clean and fresh?smelling, with responsive and caring staff; rooms are spacious for the price; Cam, the executive director, is great to work with and truly cares about each resident. The staff are kind and considerate, and the building layout and location flow well. Welcome Home's team adjusts services to meet residents' needs, making families and residents happy. The facility is gorgeous, with an amazing owner and staff who make residents feel at home and well cared for. The owner personally takes time with each resident, creating a cozy, home?like atmosphere. The staff treat residents like family, know family members, and provide updates, making visits welcoming.
The CNAs are understaffed, which is not fair to the residents or the caretakers. It is sad to see such a great facility become constantly understaffed and for the CNAs to be blamed for everything.
