The Preserve at Willow Park is an incredible place to live. The staff there are among the most friendly and helpful the residents have encountered. Brandy, Emily, and Jennifer are terrific and go above and beyond to assist residents. Jamie Stacy is a blessing to have working at the Preserve, with a great attitude and helpfulness. Cecelia and Amanda at the front desk handle duties with professionalism, grace, and kindness. Richard consistently repairs and keeps the pool and other amenities in pristine condition. Chris in maintenance is efficient and reliable. The staff contribute herbs and plants to the community garden, making the community feel cared for. Dogs are welcome and there is a dog park, enhancing pet-friendly living. The apartments are contemporary, charming, and well-structured. The office schedules activities for residents who wish to participate. The Preserve is a diamond in the rough and highly recommended by residents.
This person does not care about the tenants of the apartments he owns. they still wanted us to pay over $2200 and threaten us to send us to collections. Please take note investors if you are investing with them you might get a mold filled apartment complex. This complex is all about the money. Repeated maintenance issues due to maintenance men taking naps in hiding places( ex. stairwells and the model ). There is only 1 maintenance man and he's spread pretty thin. No bathing,no toilets and many more inconveniences arise from this situation. There seems to be mold in the walls of the riser room where the break is at. Rent is high.The Preserve at Willow Park comes across in these thoughts as a place that many residents genuinely cherish, largely because of the people who work there.
