    Review

When touring a facility for our loved ones, we all aspire to find a place that is not only pleasant and clean but also ensures the happiness and comfort of its residents. One reviewer was fortunate enough to stumble upon such a facility. They were impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place, as well as the contentment displayed by its residents. The owner and manager also left a positive impression with their pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge.

Despite being impressed with the facility, this reviewer unfortunately encountered a small setback - there were no vacancies for private rooms. However, despite this inconvenience, they still highly recommend the facility to anyone in need of caring accommodation for their loved ones. This speaks volumes about the positive experience they had during their visit.

Another visitor also had a similar appreciation for the cleanliness of the home. They had an opportunity to meet the owner, which likely added to their positive perception of the facility. However, they did mention an observation regarding caregiver staff numbers. During their visit, they only saw one caregiver present at any given time, even though there were mentions of home care visits occurring with residents.

Moving on to another review, we encounter a complete contrast in experiences. This particular individual described their encounter as "absolutely horrible." Their negative experience started with rude behavior from a caretaker over the phone before even setting foot inside. Once inside, they witnessed an alarming incident where a resident was left on the hard tile floor while being berated by said caretaker.

Adding insult to injury, this resident was apparently known for frequently moving and falling, yet no immediate assistance or concern was offered beyond scolding him. The reviewer noted unpleasant odors permeating through the air and an overall dimly lit environment as further evidence of neglectful conditions.

In conclusion, it is clear that opinions about this facility greatly differ depending on personal experiences. While some reviewers found it to be a wonderful and pristine environment filled with contented residents, others were horrified by the lack of care and compassion displayed by a particular caretaker. It is essential for prospective residents and their families to conduct thorough research and visit multiple facilities to ensure they find the best possible option for their loved ones' needs.
