    Review

When it comes to cleanliness, there was a slight disappointment with this particular place compared to other locations they had visited. While the price was indeed reasonable, the lack of tidiness left something to be desired. However, it must be noted that despite this drawback, the room had ample space for eight individuals but unfortunately accommodated only three during their stay.

The facility itself could benefit from some updating. The need for modernization was evident in various aspects such as the landscaping, which appeared lifeless and neglected. Moreover, the wood privacy fence surrounding the property was in poor condition, further contributing to the overall impression of a lack of maintenance.

On a positive note, the owner of this establishment left a favorable impression on the reviewers. Described as very nice, it is clear that the owner possesses interpersonal skills that would make them an excellent caregiver in another context. Perhaps their warm demeanor and compassionate nature could be better utilized in a role where personal interaction takes precedence.

While acknowledging these positives about the owner's personality traits, they ultimately concluded that this particular venue would not suffice for their needs. Despite any redeeming factors surrounding its management and staff, it seems that issues related to cleanliness and upkeep overshadowed these positive attributes.

In conclusion, while this place may have provided a reasonable price-point for accommodation and featured ample space for larger groups, its overall appearance left much to be desired. The lackluster cleanliness standards were noticeable when compared to other establishments visited by these reviewers. Further adding to its detractors were outdated facilities and poorly maintained fencing around the property. Despite an owner who displayed amiable qualities suitable for caregiving professions like nursing; sadly, these factors ruled out any potential consideration for future stays at this particular location
