The property is highly regarded; residents feel Chimney Hills is among the best apartments in Dallas, with Mary praised for her kindness. Yocelyn is amazing at answering questions and concerns and is highly recommended. The office staff are sweet, friendly, and always ready to help everyone. Jocelyn is kind, very helpful, and professional, answering all questions. Josu? is kind, attentive, and provides excellent service. Josu? Zavala is one of the most professional and hardworking technicians. Maintenance is prompt and responsive; Emilio is very helpful. The staff have been impeccable from day one: friendly, attentive, and willing to resolve questions or issues.
