Cons

• The staff at Montrose Manor was kind of rude and their pricing was high.
• The way this place gets you in is by offering really low-cost solutions that you cannot find anywhere in the area. I wish I had access to other facilities that were in our price range because I would’ve never put my loved one in a place like this.
• No good activities. Food is horrible. In house OT/PT services that are not thorough. Poor lighting around the building causes a safety hazard.
• My brother had been living in Montrose for around two years. The place is nasty and not clean, and the carpet is filthy.
• My main complaint is that most of the staff I've had contact with are rude or indifferent or both. More than once I've stood at the desk area listening to an employee making personals calls..keeping me waiting when I needed to discuss a patient's needs.
• These people are good people, but my husband is too far into his dementia for this place!
