Franciscan Villa is a great place with professional staff. The staff from CNAs to nurses and physical therapists were great and provided loving, caring support. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat residents like family. The facility is very clean and well maintained, with caring hands. The remodel is beautiful, and the care culture is second to none. The therapists are among the best and truly help patients recover. The staff make transitions between levels of care easy, and residents love it there. The meals are nutritious and feel like home-cooked meals. The activities and therapy departments are wonderful and keep residents engaged.
They run the facility like a circus and treat patients in the skilled nursing area like dirt. The staff are incompetent, lazy, and neglectful to their patients.
