The staff are hard working, friendly, genuine, and very thorough. The facility is beautiful and quiet. Residents have enjoyed the activities and therapy. The food is good, especially popcorn Friday. Grant was very helpful when residents wanted to move to a different apartment. Grace Point has been a great fit for her mother. Residents appreciate amenities such as an onsite restaurant, pharmacy, and workout room under one roof. Grant is helpful and responsive when questions arise or assistance is needed. Bethany Homes is recommended to anyone seeking a friendly, safe, and affordable option. The continuum of care provides peace of mind to residents and families. Jamie Haugen has done an exemplary job intaking residents at Bethany PT/OT Rehab. The facility is quiet, clean, and offers many activities each month.
This is by far the worst home for anyone. He wasn't allowed to be up on his own, and his CNA wouldn't come for almost two hours. The nurse in charge claimed he had a DNR, implying they were trying to kill him. A CNA was rude and not caring for him as a patient or even a person. Medicine was sprayed in his face instead of his mouth for breathing, with no apology. The social worker Linda disregarded information supplied and dismissed the father. Linda spoke to him poorly about his wife; it was disgusting. This place is a joke, and not one person should be allowed to care for others.The community described by residents is one of warmth, dedication, and a thoughtful approach to senior living.
