When we initially enlisted the services of an aide, our experience was nothing short of excellent. The company was contacted, and promptly assigned an aide to assist us. According to the arrangement, we were supposed to have the aide's assistance for three days a week. However, it soon became evident that there were some issues with attendance. Instead of showing up as scheduled, the aide only appeared on two out of the agreed-upon three days and then unexpectedly disappeared altogether.

Realizing the inconvenience this caused us, the manager of the company stepped in to rectify the situation. It was evident that she genuinely cared about finding a suitable replacement who would consistently fulfill their duties. Unfortunately, despite her best efforts, no one else was made available to fill in for the absent aide.

The manager herself proved to be quite amiable and seemed dedicated to resolving the staffing problem. However, it became apparent that there was a shortage of personnel within their organization to adequately satisfy all service requests.
