The neighborhood is heavenly, quiet, and beautiful, with great amenities and nice families. It is an awesome community with an easy drive to Aberdeen/Southern Pines and a great clubhouse with tennis, pool, and workout facilities. The area is very safe and friendly, with a gym, pool, tennis court, soccer field, and a clubhouse that hosts parties. There is a fantastic Easter Egg Hunt. The fairways and greens are awesome, with excellent par-3s and a memorable finishing hole on 18. The manager is awesome, easy to speak to, and the place is well kept with great amenities for homeowners. Exquisite and safe living. There is great tennis with Julie and Keith; the programs and courts are excellent.

They were stopped by road paving and had to wait to move. The place is ugly.
