The present cleaning person does a terrific job. Places that hadn't ever been cleaned are now being cleaned. Family visits remark how nice the complex looks. It is a nice place to live and is in a great location. The complex is centrally located and the staff from the office to maintenance are amazing. It is immaculately maintained and issues are fixed promptly. When something needs to be fixed, there is never a long wait. The balcony is a favorite feature. The customer service during the mom's application process was excellent and the verification was easy. Westview is ideal for independent seniors with ample parking, an elevator, and optional in-apartment washer/dryer. The management keeps the place and landscaping up, including plowing driveways, parking lots, and sidewalks. The facilities are in great shape and the community is friendly.
