    Review

The care team led by Debbie at Holbrook has made a profound impression on our family. We cannot praise them enough for the outstanding support they have provided over the years. Debbie has become more than a caregiver; she has become like a member of our own family, guiding and loving our elderly great aunt through every step of her later years. For the past two and a half years, Debbie and her team have stood by us with unwavering dedication and compassion.

Our Aunt Ann lived to an impressive age of 101, and much of that longevity was supported by the thoughtful, meticulous care she received from Debbie and the Holbrook team. They delivered excellent, detailed care not only to Aunt Ann but also to her neighbors in the residence, creating an environment where every resident feels seen and valued. It was clear that their attention to daily routines, health needs, and personal comfort was second to none.

The facility itself is described by many as safe and secure, a place where warmth and hospitality permeate every corner. The staff are consistently welcoming and treat everyone as if they were part of a large, caring family. This sense of community extends beyond Aunt Ann to all residents, making the residence feel like a true home rather than a generic care setting.

A key part of the Holbrook team's approach is their reliable, around-the-clock care. In particular, Christine has stood out as a cornerstone of this ongoing support, ensuring that care is continuous and attentive at all times. The team is meticulous about safety, including the careful and proper distribution of medications for each resident, which brings peace of mind to families who worry about their loved ones' daily health needs. In addition, they maintain clean, welcoming common areas where residents can gather, socialize, and enjoy companionship.

For Aunt Ann, this arrangement was ideal. It allowed her to retain a sense of independence while knowing that 24/7 care and supervision were available whenever she needed it. That blend of autonomy and security was precisely what she wanted, and it aligned perfectly with what Debbie and the Holbrook team provide every day. The environment supported her dignity and preferences, while never compromising on safety or support.

Our gratitude for Debbie and her team is boundless. From day one, their love, care, and support have permeated our whole family, and we continue to feel that same level of commitment today. There are no words to fully express the thankfulness we hold for this remarkable team and the home they created for Aunt Ann during the last 2.5 years. The partnership we formed with Debbie, Christine, and the rest of Holbrook is something we will treasure always, as illustrated by the photo of Aunt Ann with her favorite girl, Debbie. The staff's friendliness, cleanliness, and compassionate approach are evident in every interaction, and they have made a lasting positive impact on our family.
